Develop and manage a B2B webinar campaign from concept through promotion and execution
Build a cohesive set of assets to drive awareness, registration, and attendance
Position the webinar consistently across landing pages, email, and social as part of a larger marketing campaign
What I Did
Ran the campaign end to end, strategy, creative, promotion, and event rollout
Designed webinar hero graphics, promotional creative, and registration support assets
Built a registration landing page in WordPress and managed the registration flow
Created and managed email sequences in HubSpot, including promotional sends and post-event lead nurture
Developed social and event promo creative for LinkedIn
Maintained a consistent messaging structure across every campaign touchpoint
Outcome
Drove 54 registrants and 42 live attendees, a strong 78% attendance rate
Generated 8 qualified leads through the campaign and follow-up nurture
Delivered a polished, cohesive registration and attendee experience from first touch through post-event follow-up
